THRACE. Abdera. Circa 386/5-375 BC. Tetrobol (Silver, 16 mm, 2.57 g, 1 h). Griffin seated left; below wing, [AB]. Rev. ΕΠI ΦΙΛΑIO Hermes standing right, wearing Petasos; to lower right, astragalos. May, Abdera, 435 (same dies). SNG Copenhagen 337. Darkly toned and with an excellent reverse. The obverse poorly struck from a worn die, otherwise, good very fine.
